Questions
Insurance questions
Will you file my insurance claims?
Yes. We file every claim for you and follow up with your plan. You pay your share at the visit.
What if my plan says you are out of network?
Many PPO plans still pay for out-of-network visits. We check your benefits and tell you the difference before you book.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes, for any dental treatment, your share of a covered visit and the Family Plan fee.
When will I know what I owe?
Before treatment starts. Your care plan lists each item, what your plan pays and what you pay.
