Is there a contract?
Month to month after the first three months. Cancel by text or email, no fee.
Can I join at my first visit?
Yes. Choose “Join membership” when you book and your new patient visit is included that same day.
Does it cover kids at a different dentist?
No. Membership works at Clearview only. We see kids from age 2.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes, for monthly fees and any treatment.
