Owen Hale started Kinetic in 2014 after auditing a house with a heat pump twice the size it needed. It short-cycled all winter and cost the owners $9,000 too much. We built the company to stop that.

We monitor power use through the first winter and come back to tune anything that falls short of the estimate.
