Process
Five phases, one designer, and a fixed price before construction starts. A typical project takes 16 to 24 weeks from first walk to handover.
Week 1 · 90 minutes on site
We meet at your property and walk it with you. We look at sun, slope, drainage and how you want to live outside, and we talk about budget openly so the design starts in the right place.
The consultation costs $350, credited to your design fee.
Weeks 2 to 6
We survey the site and draw a concept plan, then meet you twice to revise it. You see the key spaces in 3D before we draw construction details and a planting plan.
Weeks 7 to 8
We price the build from the construction drawings, line by line. The number you sign is the number you pay, unless you change the plan.
Weeks 9 to 24
Our crews build in phases: grading and drainage, stone, utilities, then planting and lighting. Your designer visits every week, and you get photos every Friday.
After handover
Gardens need two seasons to settle. Care visits keep plants healthy, tune the irrigation and fix anything that shifts.

Yes. About a third of our projects are part of a new build or renovation. We coordinate grades, drainage and utilities with your architect so the house and garden are drawn as one plan.
$350 for a 90-minute site walk and a written summary. If you go ahead with a design, the $350 comes off the design fee.
Yes. We design the whole garden once, then build it in phases over one to three years. Drainage and utilities go in first so later phases never tear up finished work.
We prepare drawings and file permits for pools, tall retaining walls and structures. Permit time is part of the schedule in your proposal.
Five years on stonework, walls and drainage we install. Two years on plants when we care for them. We fix covered issues at no cost and answer within one business day.
Late summer and fall. Designing in the fall puts you first in line for a spring build, and fall is the best season to plant in Atlanta.
