Home / Pricing and coupons

Prices before we pick up a wrench.

These are starting prices for standard jobs. The plumber gives you the exact price in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it.

Upfront pricing

How the price works.

  1. We find the cause

The plumber inspects first. Diagnosis is free when you go ahead with the repair.

  2. You get a written price

One price for the whole job, from our price book. Not an hourly estimate.

  3. You decide

Approve it and we start. Say no and you pay only the $79 visit fee.

No surprise fees

What you will never pay.

  • Overtime

2 AM on a Sunday costs the same as 2 PM on a Tuesday.

  • Trip charges

The $79 visit fee is waived when you approve the repair.

  • Hourly billing

You pay the job price, not the clock. Slow work is our problem.
