Paying for your visit
When do self-pay prices apply?
When you pay in full at your visit and do not bill insurance. Self-pay prices cannot be combined with insurance benefits.
Do you take HSA and FSA cards?
Yes. We take HSA and FSA cards, all major credit and debit cards, and phone wallets.
What if I need more care than I expected?
Your provider tells you the price of any added test or treatment before it happens. You decide what to add.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Self-pay balances over $300 split into three monthly payments with no interest.
Are prices the same at every clinic?
Yes. Midtown, Northland, Lee's Summit and Overland Park all use this price list.
