About this coffee

The cherries dry whole for 21 days on raised beds before they are hulled. That slow drying pushes blueberry and jasmine into the cup. We roast it light to keep the fruit, then rest it 24 hours before it ships.

Brew recipes

Pour over: 1:16, medium-fine, water at 94°C, finish at 3 minutes
French press: 1:14, coarse, 4 minutes, press slowly
Espresso: 18 g in, 36 g out, about 28 seconds
Cold brew: 1:8, extra coarse, 16 hours, then chill

Tastes like the label says

Blueberry right away, then something floral as it cools. I brew it on a cone dripper at 1:16 and drink it black.
