Our story
Two agents who wanted more than one price list
Ruth and Carlos Medina spent ten years at a one-company agency. Every renewal season they watched clients leave over prices they could not change. In 2004 they opened Harborline with three carriers and one rule: shop the market for every client, every renewal.
That rule still runs the office. Their daughter Renee became principal agent in 2021, and the carrier list has grown to 14, including specialty markets for older roofs, waterfront homes and boats.

We explain every deductible and exclusion before you sign. If a word needs a definition, you get one.
We re-shop every renewal
About 60 days before your policy renews, your agent checks the market. You hear from us before the bill arrives.
Claims are personal
Your agent opens the claim, checks the adjuster's estimate and stays on it until the check clears.

We show up for the bay we insure
Four Saturdays a year, the whole office cleans a stretch of shoreline with neighbors and clients. We also sponsor two youth sailing teams and a Little League team in Seminole Heights.
