Superbills

Getting money back, in three steps

  1. We send a superbill

After each visit, you get a superbill by email with the codes your plan needs.

  2. You submit it

Upload it in your insurance app or portal. It takes about five minutes.

  3. Your plan pays you

Many plans pay you back directly within two to six weeks.

Questions about cost

Why are you out of network?

Insurance limits often mean short visits and a set number of sessions. Working out of network lets us give you a full hour with one therapist and a plan built around you.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to start with us. Some insurance plans ask for one before they reimburse you, so check your plan if you want to file.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Physical therapy is an eligible expense for most health savings and flexible spending accounts.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel or move a visit at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Late cancellations are charged half the visit fee.
