Continuous aluminum gutters, formed on site to fit each roof edge. Most homes get 6 inch gutters, with guards and oversize downspouts where trees and heavy rain call for them.

Most roofers mention a warranty. Few say which one covers what. Here is ours, in plain words.

10 YR

Workmanship, from Ironclad

Covers how we installed your roof: flashing, nailing, ventilation and leaks caused by our work. If it leaks because of us, we fix it at no charge. Transfers once if you sell.

25 to 50 YR

Materials, from the manufacturer

Covers defects in the shingles or panels themselves. Length depends on the product line. As a manufacturer-certified installer, we register it for you on the day we finish.
