Billing questions

Good to know

Billing (720) 555-0168
Can I use self-pay prices with insurance?

No. Self-pay prices apply when you pay in full at the visit and do not bill a plan.

Do you take HSA and FSA cards?

Yes, plus all major credit and debit cards and phone wallets.

What if a video visit sends me to a clinic?

Your $59 counts toward the clinic visit, so you never pay twice for one problem.

Who pays for a work injury visit?

Your employer or their workers' compensation carrier. Tell the front desk it happened at work.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Balances over $250 split into three monthly payments with no interest.
