A woman with a cold talks to a provider on her laptop from the couch
How it works

Three steps, about 15 minutes total.

  1. Tell us what is going on

Pick your main symptom and confirm you are in Colorado. It takes about two minutes.

  2. Wait for a text

Most patients connect in about 10 minutes. Keep your phone nearby and your camera ready.

  3. Talk it through

A provider examines what they can on camera, explains the plan, and sends any prescription to your pharmacy.

Video, clinic or ER?

Choose the right kind of care.

Video works for problems a provider can judge by look and conversation. Anything that needs an exam by hand, an x-ray or a lab test belongs in a clinic.

Good for video

  • Colds, flu symptoms and sinus pressure
  • Pink eye and allergies
  • Rashes, bug bites and minor skin issues
  • UTI symptoms in adult women
  • Refills of everyday medicines

Come to a clinic

  • Possible sprains or broken bones
  • Cuts that may need stitches
  • Sore throat that needs a strep test
  • Ear pain in young children
  • Work injuries and DOT exams

Call 911

  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Trouble breathing
  • Signs of stroke
  • Severe bleeding
  • A head injury with confusion

General information, not medical advice for your situation. If a video visit shows you need care in person, your $59 goes toward the clinic visit.
