Does the price go up as my pet ages?
A little each year, about 6% in our example rates. We never cancel coverage because of age.
What counts as a pre-existing condition?
Any illness or injury with signs before coverage started or during a waiting period. Curable conditions can be covered again after 12 symptom-free months.
How do I send a pet claim?
Take a photo of the itemized vet bill and send it in the app or the claim form. Most pet claims pay in 2 to 3 days.
Can I cover more than one pet?
Yes. Each pet gets its own plan, and every pet after the first saves 5%.
