Bluewell started in 2019 after one too many "we'll be there between 8 and 5" calls. Now every job has a price, a window and a name attached.
Our story
Plumbing, minus the guesswork.
Luis Ortega spent twelve years as a service plumber in San Diego. The work was good. The experience for customers was not: vague windows, surprise bills, no idea who was coming.
So Luis built a company around three promises: a flat price before you book, a 2-hour window you can plan around, and a real person whose name you know before the doorbell rings.

If we cannot name the price before we start, we do a free estimate first. No exceptions.
Respect the window
Your time matters as much as ours. Late past the window means $50 off, automatically.

Three hubs, most of the county.
Plumbers start their day at hubs in Mission Hills, Carlsbad and Chula Vista, so same-day windows open in most neighborhoods.
