What if the job turns out bigger than what I booked?
The plumber shows you what they found and gives you a new flat price before doing anything extra. If you say no, you pay only for the job you booked.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No. The price you book is the price you pay, including travel anywhere in our service area.
What does "on time or $50 off" mean?
If your plumber arrives after your 2-hour window ends, we take $50 off the bill. No forms, it comes off automatically.
Can I book for a rental I own?
Yes. Add the tenant's name and phone in the notes and we coordinate the visit with them directly.
