Meet Juliette
Raised on Naples Bay. Selling its waterfront since 2009.
I started in real estate the year the market stopped. Nothing sold unless it was priced right, presented well and negotiated hard. Those habits stayed.
Today I represent a small number of owners at a time. Each listing gets a pre-inspection, a survey review and a printed property book before the first showing. Each buyer gets straight answers about flood elevation, insurance and resale.

About JulietteClient notes
What clients say
Juliette sold our Aqualane Shores home before it reached the market. Two buyers, one week, no open houses. She worked with our attorney and our family office without a single crossed wire.
We toured eleven Gulf-front homes in two days. Juliette had the survey, the elevation certificate and the insurance quote for each one waiting in the car.
