The Peakform plan

Rehab that runs like a training block.

Four phases. You move to the next one when you pass its tests, not when the calendar says so.

  1. 01

    Settle it

    Weeks 0 to 2

Calm pain and swelling. Win back the range you lost. Start loading early, at the right dose.

    Move on when
    • Walking and stairs feel normal
    • Swelling stays down after a session
  2. 02

    Build capacity

    Weeks 2 to 8

Heavy, specific strength work. We measure force side to side, so progress is a number and not a guess.

    Move on when
    • Strength is within 20% of your other side
    • Single-leg control holds when you are tired
  3. 03

    Load and speed

    Weeks 6 to 16

Jumping, landing, sprinting and cutting. The movements of your sport come back in steps.

    Move on when
    • Hop tests reach 90% of your other side
    • Full-speed drills feel solid and pain free
  4. 04

    Return and retest

    When you pass

Practice first, then games. We retest four weeks later and send your coach a written plan.

    Move on when
    • You pass the return-to-sport tests
    • You and your coach agree on the plan

Timelines vary by injury and by person. The tests decide.

Testing lab

We measure. Then we progress you.

Every two weeks you repeat the same tests and get a one-page report. Your coach gets a copy if you want one.

  • Strength, side to sideForce readings for each leg or arm, compared every two weeks.
  • Hop and landing testsDistance, timing and control against your other side.
  • Video movement reviewSlow-motion running, landing and throwing, frame by frame.
  • Training loadWeekly minutes, miles or pitches, planned up and down with you.
