Home / Insurance and pricing

Insurance and pricing, in plain numbers.

Use your insurance or pay per visit. Either way, you know the cost before your first session.

Ways to pay

Insurance

We bill your plan for you.

  • Most major commercial health plans
  • Medicare Part B and most Medicare Advantage plans
  • Workers' compensation
  • Auto accident claims

How we check your benefits

  1. You book and text us a photo of your insurance card.
  2. We call your plan within one business day.
  3. You get a text with your expected copay or coinsurance.

A benefits check is an estimate, not a guarantee of payment. Your plan makes the final decision.

Questions

Before your first visit.

Do I need a referral?

Most patients do not. Some insurance plans still require one, so we check your plan before your first visit and tell you either way.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on the injury and your goals. Most patients come once or twice a week for 6 to 10 weeks. After the evaluation, you get a written plan with an estimate.

What should I wear?

Shorts, a T-shirt and the shoes you train in. Bring your brace or tape if you use one.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge. Late cancellations and missed visits cost $40.

Do you see high school athletes?

Yes. Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian at the first visit. After that, they come on their own if the family prefers.

Do you take Medicaid?

Not at this time. Call us and we will point you to a clinic nearby that does.

Questions about your plan?

Call the front desk. We answer insurance questions on weekdays from 7 AM to 4 PM.
